Acceptance of Terms
Raven MU (https://mu-raven.online/) provides its services to you under the following Terms of Service («ToS»), which may be updated by us at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice. «Raven MU» refers to Raven MU and its affiliates, including subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other corporate structures under common management. We may also refer to Raven MU as «We» or «Us». You agree that continuing to use the Service (as defined below) after an update to the ToS signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
Additionally, when using certain Raven MU services, you and Raven MU are subject to any posted rules or guidelines applicable to such services. All such rules and guidelines are incorporated into the ToS by reference. Raven MU may also offer other services governed by separate terms of service. These ToS do not apply to such services.
The formation, interpretation, and enforcement of this agreement, as well as any disputes arising from it, are governed by the substantive and procedural laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Service Description
Raven MU provides users with access to a wide range of online resources, including communication tools, forums, trading services, personalized content, and proprietary programs through its network of resources («Service»).
Unless otherwise stated, any new features that enhance or expand the current Service, including the release of new Raven MU resources, fall under these ToS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided «AS IS» and that Raven MU is not responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any user data or personalization settings.
To use the Service, you need internet access, either directly or through devices that support web content, and you are responsible for all associated fees. You acknowledge that Raven MU is not responsible for your internet access. Additionally, you must provide all necessary equipment to connect to the internet (e.g., computer, modem, etc.).
Registration Responsibilities
In exchange for the opportunity to use the Service, you agree to:
(a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself during registration («Registration Data»);
(b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it accurate and current.
If the data you provide is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if Raven MU has reasonable grounds to suspect this, the company has the right to suspend or delete your account without any obligations to you.
Raven MU cares about the security and privacy of its users, especially minors. Parents of children under 13 years old who wish to grant them access to the Service must independently supervise their usage.
Refund Policy
Virtual goods, including web shop items and all types of credits/coins, are digital products. We do not provide refunds for virtual goods after an order is placed.
If you experience issues with receiving or using our goods, we recommend contacting customer support. By making a purchase on our site, you agree that refunds are not possible. Any requests for full or partial refunds will be denied. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not proceed with the payment.
Account, Password, and Security
Upon completing registration, you will receive an account and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, as well as for all activities conducted under them.
The sale, transfer, or purchase of other users' accounts or any in-game resources (characters, items, credits, etc.) is prohibited.
You agree to:
(a) immediately notify Raven MU of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach;
(b) log out of your account after each session.
Raven MU is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to comply with these rules.
User Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, photos, videos, messages, and other content («Content») posted or transmitted through the Service is the sole responsibility of the person who uploaded this Content.
Raven MU does not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy or quality of user-posted content. You understand that by using the Service, you may encounter materials that you find offensive or undesirable. In such cases, Raven MU is not responsible for the content, any errors, or losses related to its publication, transmission, or use.
Trademarks
All trademarks, logos, and service marks («Trademarks») displayed on the Site or Service belong to us or third parties. Their use without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.
